Culinary Artist for OCC Road House

OCC Road House & Museum, LLC is seeking a skilled Culinary Artist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes that exceed our guests' expectations.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and development.
Job DescriptionAs a Culinary Artist at OCC Road House & Museum, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing and Presenting Dishes: You will work closely with our executive chef to prepare and present high-quality dishes that meet our guests' expectations.
- Food Preparation and Service: You will assist with food preparation and service during meal shifts and special events.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: You will maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Inventory Management: You will assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Culinary Arts Degree or Equivalent Experience: You must have a culinary arts degree or equivalent experience in a commercial kitchen setting.
- Excellent Cooking Skills: You must have excellent cooking skills, with the ability to prepare and present high-quality dishes.
- Strong Communication Skills: You must have strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with our team and guests.
- Maintaining a Clean and Safe Environment: You must be able to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
