Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Residential Remodeler - Accessibility Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will install bathroom shower systems, tile floors, and perform general construction to help individuals with impaired mobility stay in their homes and maintain independence.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on position that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail. You will work on jobs throughout a designated region, often in collaboration with other team members. Our ideal candidate has at least two years' experience in residential remodeling or construction and is comfortable using hand and power tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate and re-construct existing residential products for new accessible layouts and bathing safety">
• Provide excellent customer service to meet customer needs">
• Pick up and load company vehicles at warehouse locations each morning">
• Work on jobs throughout a designated region, which may take several hours to several days">
• Receive manufacturer training and on-the-job training">
• Work independently or as part of a team">
• Model organizational mission, vision, values, and goals">
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations and company policies and standard operating procedures">
• Assist in warehouse and inventory management by communicating any inventory needs to supervisors and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment">
• Maintain cleanliness and follow all speed limits and traffic signs while driving company vehicles">

Requirements:

• At least two years' experience in residential remodeling or construction">
• Experience using hand and power tools">
• BASIC COMPUTER SKILLS">
• Strong customer focus and communication skills">
• High school diploma or GED">
• Ability to pass drug test, motor vehicle record check, and background screen">
• Ability to drive company vehicles to various client sites">

Estimated Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
