Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate recording equipment to ensure accurate capture of testimony.
• Produce complete and accurate transcripts of administrative hearings.
• Gather and distribute exhibits and supporting materials during hearings.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional demeanor at all times.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of English grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
• Proficiency in operating office equipment, including copiers and fax machines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good typing speed (60 WPM or higher) and accuracy.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
Training is available, and previous experience is not necessary. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner and able to adapt to new situations.
