Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the technical aspects of assigned projects, ensuring delivery of engineering deliverables as per project schedule.
  • Manage interfaces between disciplines and engineering contractors, promoting a safe working environment and meeting company safety standards.
  • Lead weekly meetings with engineering parties, issue meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Ensure the quality of engineering deliverables, verifying compliance with E&C Global standards and US and local codes.
  • Support the Proposal team and review Basis of Design.
  • Estimate and control engineering hours assigned to project tasks.
  • Prepare Technical Requisition Summaries for procurement and lead technical clarifications with material/equipment suppliers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering required.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Project Engineering within related industrial design or operations.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace and MS Office.
  • Ability to travel to various job sites on short notice.
  • Basic knowledge of engineering in all disciplines and process.
  • Experience in Project Management and customer relationships.
  • Site experience (construction or commissioning).
  • Second language (French or German).
