Job Description

The Manufacturing Logistics Coordinator I position is a key role within the Mindlance team, responsible for coordinating and executing the movement of materials and assemblies between cost centers in the manufacturing building.

About This Role
  • Coordinate with department supervisors to determine material requirements and conduct daily tasks.
  • Compile, maintain, and communicate records of material inventory, expired materials, and material movements.

This position requires strong written and verbal skills, as well as technical knowledge of inventory and supply chain systems, methods, and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Expedites and executes material movements between cost centers.
  • Refers to production schedules and governing standard operating procedures.

We are seeking an experienced professional with strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills, as well as proficiency with SAP software.

Requirements
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical knowledge of inventory management systems.
  • Experience working in a GMP environment.
