Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Avamere Rehab of Hillsboro. As a key member of our care team, you will provide exceptional support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met with dignity and respect.

About the Role

This is a full-time or part-time position with varied shifts, including NOC Shift from 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM. You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine checks to ensure resident personal care needs are being met according to their wishes.
  • Review patient care plans daily to identify changes in the resident's daily care routine.
  • Inform nurse supervisors of any changes in the resident's condition to update their care plan.
  • Assist residents with daily needs, including preparation for activities and social programs.
  • Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that promotes calmness and positivity.
  • Maintain confidentiality of resident care information as per HIPAA guidelines.
  • Effectively communicate necessary resident information to charge nurses, directors, and administrators.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in this state.
  • Passion for caregiving and enhancing quality of life for residents.

We offer a competitive salary of $15.50 - $17.50 per hour, depending on experience, plus shift differentials.
