Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and approve drawings, routings, specs, and other documents to ensure accuracy and quality.

  • Design and procure tools and equipment to optimize production efficiency.

  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address challenges.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes and technologies.

  • Provide training and guidance to production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

    ">
  • 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.

    ">
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and MRP systems.

    ">
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

    ">
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    ">
  • PREFERRED: Experience in manufacturing equipment and automation equipment fabrication applications.
