Job Summary

A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our skilled care department provides direct patient care and performs various tasks to ensure the well-being of our residents. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist RNs with patient care, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and performing routine tests.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, taking into account their unique needs and medical histories.
  • Monitor patient progress, report any changes or concerns to RNs, and make adjustments to care plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless communication and effective care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information, including medical history, test results, and treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing program and licensure to practice as an LPN in Georgia.
  • Active BCLS certification.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs).
Work Environment

As an LPN in our skilled care department, you will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires flexibility and adaptability. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with healthcare teams, and maintaining accurate records.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including:
