Lobby Attendant Team Lead

The ideal candidate for this role will possess a unique blend of customer service skills, leadership abilities, and technical knowledge. As a key member of the Blackwell Services, Inc. team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the lobby, ensuring a seamless experience for clients, residents, and visitors.
With a focus on providing exceptional customer service, you will be the initial point of contact for employees, residents, and visitors, handling queries, concerns, and scheduling needs. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with team members, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
As a leader, you will be responsible for supervising a team of Lobby Attendants, reviewing and approving timesheets, creating and administering work schedules, and providing coaching and feedback to team members. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the lobby.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients, residents, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Serve as the initial point of contact and assist in resolution of employee questions, concerns, and scheduling needs
- Review and approve weekly timesheets for team members
- Create and administer weekly work schedules for team
- Assist with training new employees with hands-on tutorials and job shadowing
- Inform team members of updated policies and procedures
- Inspect and coach team members regularly
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, vendors, and visitors
- Work with supporting departments to address issues promptly
- Ensure entrance into the community is only by authorized individuals
- Maintain excellent communication and reporting
- Maintain knowledge of local businesses to best assist residents and visitors
- Ensure privacy and confidentiality of residents in accordance with policy
- Provide oversight and access for all deliveries to the property
- Maintain a detailed written lobby attendant report throughout the duration of your shift
- Check company announcements and to-do list daily
- Address any client, resident, or vendor requests and concerns when necessary
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
- A minimum of 3-5 years of customer service experience
- Superior organizational, follow-up, and trouble-shooting skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Consistent punctuality and dependability
- Computer literacy with a focus on reporting
- Positive, team-focused attitude
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Experience with Microsoft Office preferred
- Shift flexibility is desired
