Service Desk Representative

We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Representative to join our team at TeleSearch Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service experiences to our clients.
About the Role:This is a full-time opportunity working Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a call center or customer service environment and be comfortable using computers. You will work with three different systems to process customer payments, making strong computer skills essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer inbound calls and provide high-level service to customers
- Process customer payments via multiple systems
- Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures
- Previous call center or customer service experience required
- Strong MS Office skills necessary
- New Jersey Property & Casualty License preferred
The successful candidate can expect an annual salary of $73,920 based on a 40-hour workweek, reflecting the estimated compensation for this role in the Branchville, NJ area.
