CNC Machinist

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at Lincotek Medical. This is a unique opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment and be an integral part of our production process.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for operating multi-axes computer numerical control (CNC) milling machines or lathes to machine surfaces of metallic and nonmetallic work pieces. They will also be required to load material into the machine, start it up, and observe the cutting operation.
This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have experience working with G and M code programming, reading blueprints, and interpreting safety rules and operating instructions.
Key Responsibilities- Operate CNC milling machines or lathes to machine surfaces of work pieces
- Loading material into the machine, starting it up, and observing the cutting operation
- Maintaining tools and machinery in good working condition
- Working with G and M code programming
- Reading blueprints and interpreting safety rules and operating instructions
- Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- At least one-year related experience and/or training
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with G and M code programming
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Ability to read and understand safety rules and operating instructions
Lincotek Medical offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
