Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Residential Support Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing care and support to our residents in a safe and comfortable home environment. Your primary goal will be to empower and enable our residents to achieve their full potential, promoting their well-being and dignity at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise assigned staff within AWARE Group Homes, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Implement and supervise treatment plans for residents, working closely with healthcare professionals and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide therapeutic assistance to residents, addressing individual, group, and family needs through direct communication and collaboration with colleagues.
  • Evaluate employee performance and make recommendations for improvement or disciplinary action.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field (or equivalent experience and education).
  • A minimum of two years' experience working in a community-based program for individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Proven administrative experience, including direct supervision of staff.
  • A valid Montana Driver's License.
