Key Responsibilities:
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by building strong relationships with customers and providing personalized service.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience by making connections, paying attention to detail, and offering a unique shopping experience.
• Participate in creating a positive store environment and foster strong relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, including displays and inventory.
• Embody the company's values of inclusivity and respect by treating customers and colleagues with dignity.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to adapt to new technology and change with accuracy.
• Self-accountability for sales results through effective selling skills and a drive to meet goals.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Self-motivation and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
