About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Neonatal Registered Nurse to join our team at TotalMed. As a Neonatal Care Specialist, you will provide high-quality care to newborns in Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICUs) or Neonatal settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess neonates' health status and monitor vital signs
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans for neonates and their families
  • Perform neonatal assessments, including developmental screenings and feeding evaluations, to ensure optimal growth and development
  • Educate parents on newborn care, breastfeeding techniques, and neonatal health issues for a smooth transition to home care
Requirements:
  • Current RN license
  • BLS certification (Other certifications may be required)
  • Two years of recent Neonatal RN experience
  • Strong communication and adaptability skills
