About the Role:

Gartner is seeking an experienced Data Analytics Lead to join our growing team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business performance through advanced business analytics and complex problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop capabilities to enhance analysis.
  • Structure and analyze large datasets to derive meaningful insights and actionable information.
  • Develop and continuously improve methodologies to measure client engagement and impact of interactions.
  • Communicate findings effectively and build outputs that clearly convey root causes and provide a clear story for solving business problems.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of progressive business experience involving advanced business analytics, complex problem-solving, and business strategy.
  • Bachelor's Degree required, with a concentration in statistics, data science, mathematics, engineering, computer science, or operations research preferred.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of solving complex problems, critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and innovation.
  • Strong technical understanding of data and skills to analyze and visualize it, including programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and attention to detail (e.g., data hygiene, quality checks, documentation).
  • Rigorous prioritization and working in fast-paced environments, with a track record of success in environments with competing and continuously evolving priorities.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills in a highly matrixed environment, with the ability to influence stakeholders and team members based on a command of the facts, analysis, and implications.
