RMA Coordinator

At Shields Manufacturing, we are seeking a highly skilled RMA Coordinator to join our team. As an RMA Coordinator, you will be responsible for expediting customer returns, coordinating services with internal and external providers, and ensuring timely repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expedite customer returns and coordinate services with internal and external providers.
• Enter and track customer product information within Shields ERP system.
• Schedule internal and external services as required.
• Rework and repair customer returns as needed.
• Clearly communicate with customers regarding failure modes, service timelines, and other information.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background in mechanical or electrical assembly.
• Proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Work Environment:

The work environment for this position is an industrial machine shop/production facility. Employees may experience loud noises throughout the workday.
