**Job Overview:**

**Estimated Salary:** $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients and candidates
  • Maintain and update the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Prepare offer letters and send new hire packets
  • Perform additional HR tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven ability to coordinate schedules and interact with external and internal clients
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Interest in recruiting and talent management
  • Previous experience with Greenhouse or another ATS is highly desirable
