Gas Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Gas Foreman to join our team at Danella Companies, Inc. This is a field management role that requires excellent communication skills, business acumen, and a strong understanding of safety protocols.

• Supervise and manage a team of union laborers and operators in the Gas Distribution construction sector.
• Monitor project progress, ensure compliance with objectives, and maintain regular documentation.
• Communicate effectively with the Project Management team, customers, inspectors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with customers, secure worksites, and report equipment/vehicle repairs.
• Lead by example, model proper safety behaviors, and maintain a drug-free work environment.

• Specialized training in Construction or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced technical knowledge in Gas Distribution construction and utility industry practices, processes, and standards.
• Moderately complex problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to industry-relevant software.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000-$110,000, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
