Job Overview

A McDonald's Crew Trainer - Maintenance and Training is a critical team member responsible for maintaining the restaurant's cleanliness and ensuring all equipment is in good working order. This role requires strong communication and leadership skills to effectively train and mentor new crew members.


Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
  • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working order
  • Train and mentor new crew members on restaurant operations and maintenance procedures
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure seamless restaurant operations

Requirements
  • Ability to read and write
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to count money and accurately give change
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work as a member of a team
  • Manage time effectively
  • Must be 16 years of age with at least a 9th-grade education

Physical Requirements

This position can be physically demanding. The employee may be required to stand for extended periods, lift objects up to 20 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks with few breaks.
