About the Role
This exciting opportunity is for a seasoned Development Director to lead healthcare projects, leveraging their expertise in commercial development and construction.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue strategic development opportunities in the healthcare sector, prioritizing prospects based on geography and client groups.
- Collaborate with clients to develop project strategies, leading project pursuits and presenting sales presentations for major projects.
- Support marketing and sales efforts, managing public relations, industry involvement, and award applications.
- Conduct thorough site assessments, considering environmental contamination, geotechnical issues, and zoning regulations.
- Coordinate submission requirements and schedules for governmental approvals and permits.
- Foster relationships with industry partners and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in real estate development, construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in commercial development and construction, with 5 years in a leadership position.

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or MS in Real Estate or Finance.
- Established connections in the healthcare industry, particularly in Texas.
- Existing healthcare relationships and ability to establish new ones.
