Structural Steel Fabrication Specialist

VSV WINS INC is seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our high-quality manufacturing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and setting up machinery to fabricate structural steel components accurately and efficiently.

1. Machining Operations

• Operate and maintain CNC machines, including the Voortman V807 Robotic Plasma Beamline, VMI EL-SQRD CNC Plasma Cutting Machine, Band Saw, Geka Iron Worker, and CNC Plate Table.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure precise manufacturing.
• Set up machinery, load materials, adjust settings, and verify accuracy for job requirements.

• Monitor machine operations and adjust as necessary to meet quality and production goals.
• Perform quality checks to ensure all work complies with company standards and safety protocols.

• Use and maintain tools and materials for steel construction work safely and efficiently.
• Follow all company policies and safe work practices.

1. Experience

• 3-5 years of experience operating relevant machinery (listed above).
• Proficiency in reading and executing technical drawings (CAD experience a plus).

• Lift up to 65 lbs.
• Maintain dependable attendance and schedule.
• Work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Must be drug- and marijuana-free.
• Adhere to all company policies and safe work practices.

1. Estimated Annual Salary
2. $60,000 - $80,000 per year

• Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Day Shift)
• Monday to Thursday: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM (Swing Shift)
• Required overtime as needed, occasional Saturdays
