The successful candidate will work closely with our Customer Success team to support customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users of our products. Focused on customer loyalty and building long-term client relationships, this role involves onboarding new customers and ensuring they reap maximum value from Voovio by collaborating with our Operations, Sales, and Production teams.

Location: We are seeking candidates based in Louisiana or surrounding Gulf Coast regions, with regular travel to customer sites required. Estimated salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
Travel: 20-30%

Qualifications:
  • Must have relevant experience in the manufacturing or process industry.
  • Candidates must be computer literate and familiar with standard software tools.
  • A valid US passport and legal status to work in the U.S. are mandatory.
  • A vehicle is also required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Regular interactions with existing customers (virtual and face-to-face).
  • Understanding customer challenges and implementing policies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Designing and delivering group and one-on-one training sessions (virtual or face-to-face) on Voovio's tools and features.
  • Documenting and tracking operator performance on simulation modules and collecting other performance data for customer champions.
  • Supporting our Operations team, including:
    • Documenting and reviewing customer performance.
    • Helping obtain, analyze, and present business case data.
    • Attending customer meetings and demonstrating Enhanced Reality tools.
  • Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with key client accounts and strategic partners.
  • Ensuring customers receive prompt and successful responses to issues and questions.
  • Providing support for IT challenges.
  • Collecting and communicating customer feedback to our Development team to enhance our product line.
  • Supporting the integration of Voovio into customer systems.
  • Creating customer resources such as videos, documents, charts, analytics, etc.
  • Liaising closely with our Sales & Operations teams on project development and identifying new opportunities with customers.
  • Quickly learning new features and updates to our product suites and demonstrating them to our Sales team and existing customers.
Skills and Qualities:
  • Ideal candidates will have experience working in a refinery or chemical plant.
  • Ability to problem-solve and adapt to challenges quickly.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Confident and proven record of using software applications (must be a fast learner).
  • Must be team-oriented, working with customer and Voovio personnel at varying levels of responsibility.
  • Drive to listen and seek to understand different perspectives.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently.
  • Self-starter and results-focused.
  • Possess high ethical standards.
  • Detail-oriented.
