We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will manage resident medications, treatment, and care while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards. This role requires a caring nature and willingness to provide individualized care for our elderly residents.

  • Delegating authority and responsibility for assigned tasks
  • Providing status reports to incoming nursing staff and obtaining reports from outgoing staff
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential resident medical records
  • Ensuring safe and comfortable accommodations for residents
  • Communicating effectively with doctors, families, and other parties regarding resident status and needs
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with staff and inter-department personnel

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be considered, candidates must have:

  • A valid nursing license (RN, LVN, LPN, etc.) in good standing
  • At least six months of experience as a licensed nurse, with preference given to those with senior care experience
  • Proficiency in English and ability to easily lift and carry 50 pounds
  • CPR certification and a minimum of four years in clinical nursing practice or long-term care administration/supervision
