Job Summary

Franklin Medical Center is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in the Rural Health Clinics department. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide professional nursing services and support to patients, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to established standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate patient records, including vital signs, assessments, and medication administration.
  • Participate in Performance Improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and clinic operations.
  • Assist with patient transfers, equipment maintenance, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a course for LPN, with IV Therapy course desirable.
  • Licensed in the state of Louisiana and CPR certified.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical stamina to perform lifting, transferring, and standing for extended periods.
