We are seeking a Pediatric and Adult Registered Nurse to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with patients in their own homes, providing high-quality care and making a real difference in their lives.

About the Role:

This is a part-time and full-time position available, offering flexible scheduling options. We have both day and night shifts available, so you can choose the hours that suit you best.

You will be working with pediatric and adult patients, utilizing your nursing skills to provide individualized care and support. Your role will involve assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Responsibilities:

* Assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans
* Provide hands-on care and support to patients in their own homes
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery
* Monitor and report patient progress and any changes in condition
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Requirements:

* Current Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state in which the nurse practices
* Current Health Certificate (per facility Registered Nurse (RN) contract or state regulation)
* Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
* Current BLS card
* One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred
