Job Purpose:

A key member of our kitchen team, the Dishware Attendant plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our café. This includes washing dishes, small wares, and utensils, as well as ensuring the kitchen and front of house are fully stocked and clean.

Duties:

Uphold our high standards of quality and cleanliness

Follow all Company, Health department and other applicable standards

Wash and sanitize dishes, small wares, and utensils

Maintain a clean and tidy work area, including the kitchen and front of house

Assist with cleaning the restaurant, including tables, floors, and restrooms

Other similar duties as needed

Requirements:

Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods

Food Handler Certification (or ANSI equivalent)
