Job Opportunity: ERP Specialist
Location: Greater Portsmouth, NH
At DSJ Global, we are seeking a driven ERP Specialist to effectively implement and integrate our ERP software. In this role, you will work closely with senior management to identify and optimize key business processes, enhance IT system performance, and deploy tailored ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage expertise in Epicor's Kinetic ERP software to provide technical support, analysis, and training on ERP functionalities.
- Oversee the implementation of the ERP system and manage future upgrades and acquisitions.
- Customize Cloud ERP software to align with specific business processes and workflows.
- Assist with data cleanup and migration to Epicor's Kinetic Cloud ERP.
- Provide ongoing ERP support, collaborating with team members to ensure the system meets operational needs.
- Address system enhancements, user requests, and application issues, identifying solutions within the system's framework.
- Establish API connections with third-party software and promote automation across business functions.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for the first three years to various facilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience as an ERP Specialist or in a similar role, particularly with technical products.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
Skills:
- Proficient in configuring Epicor Kinetic.
- Experience with SQL programming.
- Knowledge of BI and analytics tools.
- Background in business administration, project management, or a related area is a plus.
- Strong understanding of ERP development tools, coding languages, and business processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
