Branch Manager III

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager III to lead our team and drive business growth in our assigned branch. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the branch, including sales, client service, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and improve client satisfaction
- Manage and motivate a team of Relationship Managers to achieve sales and service goals
- Monitor and analyze financial and banking needs of clients, identifying opportunities to provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver financial services across the full product spectrum and provide a superior client experience
- Manage the sales and services culture for the branch, driving a culture of excellence and customer-centricity
- Recruit, build, and develop a high-performing branch officer team
- Provide development coaching, advice, and counseling to branch colleagues
- Ensure the branch complies with banking regulations and City National's policies and procedures
- Monitor and manage risk, ensuring the branch operates in a safe and sound manner
- Minimum 7 years of branch management experience in a branch environment
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience required
- Minimum 5 years of experience performing lending and business development activities
- Strong managerial skills with emphasis on planning, organization, leadership, and execution
- Comprehensive knowledge of all phases of branch management, including customer service, sales, and risk management
- Strong business development skills
- Thorough knowledge of lending as applicable to the branch's target markets
- Good knowledge of Bank policies and procedures and of overall Bank products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
