Senior Physical Therapist, Neuro and Orthopedic Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Physical Therapist to join our Neuro and Orthopedic team at Kaiser Permanente. As a senior-level physical therapist, you will be responsible for providing independent physical therapy management to patients with neurological and orthopedic conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans to achieve established goals.
- Implement treatment plans through direct patient care and delegate tasks to supportive personnel as needed.
- Provide education and advice to patients and their families on physical therapy management and rehabilitation.
- Regularly reassess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Document patient management accurately and timely.
- Minimum two years of experience in physical therapy.
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy curriculum with a bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree and certification in physical therapy.
- Physical Therapist License (California) required at hire.
- Basic Life Support required at hire.
- National Provider Identifier required at hire.
- Certified Clinical Instructor for PT students.
