\Job Description:
\We are seeking an experienced Technical Plan Document Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating plan documents, including but not limited to, Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs), amendments, and Summary of Benefits & Coverage (SBCs). You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure that all documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant regulations.
\Responsibilities:

- Generate plan documents, including SPDs, amendments, and SBCs\
- Use supporting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance\
- Adhere to departmental guidelines and processes\
- Become familiar with current policies and procedures\
- Provide feedback and explanation in a positive and professional manner\
- Work in a team environment while demonstrating individual accountability\
- Perform other duties as assigned\\\
Required Skills and Qualifications:
\To be successful in this role, you must have:

- A High School Diploma or equivalent\
- 1+ years of experience in a related field, such as medical or dental products\
- Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications\
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel\
- Ability to work any 8-hour shift schedule during normal business hours\\\
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

Location:
\This position is based in San Antonio, TX, with the option to work remotely. We require employees to reside within commutable distance to our office and have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy.
