About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Molecular Biology Specialist to join our research team. As a key member, you will contribute to Biotechnology discovery and pipeline advancement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute molecular biology techniques such as PCR, cloning, mutagenesis, DNA purification, sequencing, and transformation/transduction.
  • Analyze and interpret sequence data using Geneneious and other internal molecular biology and bioinformatics tools.
  • Operate liquid handling equipment to conduct various assays.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure its optimal performance.
  • Effectively communicate plans, procedures, and results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, or a related discipline with at least one year of relevant research experience.
  • Proficiency in molecular biology methods including cloning, mutagenesis, DNA purification, bacterial cell culture, PCR, and sequencing.
  • Able to design primers, plasmid constructs, and libraries.
  • Familiarity with bioinformatics sequence analysis tools like BLAST.
  • Experience with database management.
  • Strong communication skills.
