As a member of our team, you will be part of a world-class hospitality management group that takes a proactive and hands-on approach to hotel management.

Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Job Description:

The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for all our guests and plays a crucial role in providing an exceptional customer experience. This includes assisting with check-in and check-out, answering and processing phone calls, and handling special requests.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
  • Answer and process phone calls in a timely manner
  • Handle special requests and resolve guest challenges
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel features, services, room rates, and promotions
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Guest Service Agent (preferred)
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
