About the Role:

This is a per diem position that requires flexibility regarding assigned shifts to satisfy department needs. You will be responsible for coordinating total patient care through assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating. Additionally, you will participate in patient and family teaching, provide leadership by working cooperatively with physicians, ancillary, and other patient team personnel, maintaining standards for professional nursing practice and performance improvement.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

* Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
* Current New York State Professional License
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 4 months of hire
* One year current G.I. procedure room experience

Work Environment:

The work environment is typical of most office jobs, with normal heat, light, space, and safe working conditions. However, there may be occasional exposure to mildly unpleasant physical conditions, intermittent exposure to unpleasant physical conditions, frequent exposure to disagreeable physical conditions, and continuous exposure to extremely disagreeable physical conditions.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

We offer a competitive salary range based on your experience and qualifications. As a per diem employee, you will have the flexibility to choose your schedule and work as much or as little as you like.
