Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mission Command Systems Trainer to join our team at Valiant Integrated Services. As a Mission Command Systems Trainer, you will be responsible for providing training and support for Mission Command Systems (MCSs) to the Army Mission Command Training Program (MCTSP).

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Support: Conduct formal and informal training sessions for MCS operators, including classroom instruction and over-the-shoulder support.
  • System Development: Develop Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) for the employment of MCSs, and design voice and data system architectures for unit staff/team collaboration and information sharing.
  • Training Environment Development: Develop and adapt training materials and documentation to support Gaming and Simulations capabilities, and create training environments that meet unit training requirements.
  • System Maintenance: Maintain and update Army Mission Command Systems (MCSs) courseware documentation, and ensure that training materials are closely aligned with each PM system TSP.
  • Reporting: Report directly to the MCST Trainer Lead and provide regular updates on training progress and system maintenance.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in Mission Command Systems teaching, with a minimum of 4 years' service in or in support of the Army or other national defense service.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Subject Matter Expertise (SME) on one or more Mission Command Systems (MCSs) and has operated the system(s).
  • Certifications: Certified and current with Army training doctrine.
  • Education: High School Diploma (AA/AS preferred).
Additional Requirements
  • Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance and meet other eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
