We're seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to join our team in an after-school program in Valdosta, working with a 5 y/o male from Monday to Friday, 3-5pm.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement evidence-based treatment plans for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and community environments
- Provide 1:1 therapy sessions to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community setting
- Work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst to implement treatment goals and provide progress feedback
- Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals
- Track client progress and program data
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to Company Policy and Procedures

Requirements
- Registered Behavioral Technician Certification, preferred
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred
- Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
