As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Selling solutions-based products to customers through consultative sales approaches.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Managing multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing sales initiatives to achieve targets.
  • Providing exceptional customer support and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and market trends to deliver informed solutions to customers.

You'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team, where your contributions will make a real impact. We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $65,000 per year, plus commissions, as well as a comprehensive benefits program.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of B2C consultative/inside sales experience within a related manufacturing/building materials industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong business and technical skills, with the ability to sell complex solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Self-motivation and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
