Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing support to the laboratory director and acting as liaison between clients, staff, directors, managers, and vendors. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities
  • Production
    • Oversee the accurate completion of weekly production schedules.
    • Ensure efficient use of work areas and processes to maximize operational efficiency and maintain superior product quality.
    • Track consumable usage and maintain inventory.
    • Assist in equipment maintenance and record keeping.
    • Understand laboratory equipment and processes for various product types.
    • Evaluate safety protocols and ensure adherence to safety measures.
  • Account Operations
    • Coordinate with driver manager on incoming/outgoing materials.
    • Collaborate with security and biomass teams on material deliveries.
  • Human Resources and Employee Matters
    • Manage employee payroll.
    • Coordinate hiring, firing, and administrative tasks with HR and the laboratory director.
    • Oversee employee laboratory HR matters.
    • Coordinate purchasing and maintenance requests.
    • Onboard new employees, including training and introductions.
  • Quality Control
    • Coordinate pesticide testing and analytical lab pickups.
    • Oversee project productions based on inventory and sales projections.
    • Classify finished products and create weekly sales projections.
    • Manage ongoing quality assurance sampling, testing, and reporting.
    • Track and record all biomass and concentrate products through processing steps.
Requirements
  • At least 21 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-5 years of administrative experience with increasing responsibility.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be between $60,000 and $70,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a range of benefits, including:
