At Row House Inc, we're seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Fitness Ambassador. As a key member of our studio team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional member experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell memberships and promote our boutique fitness concept to new and existing clients
  
• Book and confirm prospects, ensuring seamless transitions from inquiry to sale
  
• Greet and check-in clients, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  
• Track and celebrate member milestones, fostering a sense of community and loyalty
  
• Ask for referrals and encourage word-of-mouth marketing
  
• Ensure studio cleanliness and maintain a safe and healthy environment
  
• Complete one workout per week, staying connected to our fitness offerings and services
  
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the growth and development of our studio
  

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional member experiences
  
• Strong sales skills and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  
• Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate our brand and services
  
• Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  
• Functional computer skills, including proficiency in POS and booking software
