Senior Sales Director of Hearth Products

About the Role:

Fireside Hearth & Home, a subsidiary of Hearth & Home Technologies, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Director to lead our sales transformation and drive growth. As the industry leader in fireplace products, we're looking for a seasoned executive who can develop and implement a winning sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accelerate unit volume growth by developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy
  • Lead the transformation of our sales function by establishing standardized organizational structures, management systems, and customer teams
  • Develop deep knowledge of the housing market, including customer needs, preferences, and pain points
  • Build leadership behaviors across the sales teams to foster a culture of accountability, customer focus, collaboration, and data-driven decision making
  • Establish close cross-functional relationships to deliver exceptional customer experiences and strategic priorities
  • Buid and maintain strong top-to-top relationships with key builders/customers
  • Optimize processes to generate and convert leads into sales
  • Implement KPIs that drive organizational behaviors and hold sales teams accountable for results
  • Champion a diverse and inclusive work environment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience; Master's degree preferred
  • 15+ years of relevant sales experience, including B2B selling/account management and navigating complex organizations
  • 7+ years direct people management in a large sales organization
  • Demonstrated business acumen, critical thinking, and strategic problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing large, complex sales organizations, overseeing multiple sales organizations/channels/silos within a business
  • Demonstrated success in member development, training, and succession planning
  • Prior matrix organization experience
  • Strong results orientation and sense of urgency
  • Expert change agent who challenges current ways-of-working and leads transformational change

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this role is $180,000 - $220,000, depending on experience. Additionally, you'll have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
