About the Role

This is an ongoing opportunity for a full-time Occupational Therapist to work with our rehabilitation services team. You will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing therapies to address physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans to meet their unique needs.
  • Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to promote functional recovery and independence.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient outcomes.
  • Provide education and guidance to patients, families, and caregivers on occupational therapy techniques and strategies.
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document results accurately and timely.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited occupational therapy program with certification or foreign-trained equivalent.
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of California or eligibility letter prior to hire.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • National Provider Identifier (NPI) required at hire.
  • Ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
Preferred Qualifications

We prefer candidates with five (5) years or more of experience in neurology, especially those with expertise in treating neurological disorders.

Compensation & Benefits

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, retirement savings, paid time off, and more.
