Job Summary:

As a key member of our Behavioral Health team, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a medium-sized program or group. This role requires a unique blend of administrative and clinical expertise, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement program budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and fiscal responsibility.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide counseling and disciplinary actions as needed, and oversee personnel management responsibilities.
• Collaborate with regional committees to drive program design and operations, with a focus on access outcomes and resource allocation.

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of post-licensure experience as a member of a psychiatric treatment team in an outpatient setting, under licensed supervision.
• Master's degree in applied behavioral science required.
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (California), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (California), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (California) required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of state regulations regarding ethics, treatment, patient rights, and confidentiality.
• Ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
