Job Title: Substance Abuse Counselor Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Substance Abuse Counselor to join our team at BayMark Health Services. As a Substance Abuse Counselor, you will play a vital role in helping individuals overcome addiction and achieve long-term recovery. Responsibilities: * Provide individual and group counseling services to patients struggling with substance abuse * Develop and implement treatment plans to address the physical, emotional, and mental aspects of addiction * Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients * Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor patient progress * Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and community resources Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences or related field * Qualifying Utah license (ASUDC, CASUDC, CASUDC-I, SUDC, CSUDC, CSUDC-I, LMHC, CMHC, LPS, LCSW, CSW, SSW, or eligible Psychology graduate working towards an SSW license) * Satisfactory criminal background check and drug screen Benefits: * Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Collaborative and supportive work environment COVID-19 Considerations: We are committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for our employees and patients.
