Job Description

The GQR team seeks a seasoned HRIS Manager to oversee and manage our client's Workday tenant, ensuring its optimal performance and alignment with organizational goals.

This role will involve leading the day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of the Workday system to meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across multiple Workday modules and at least 5 years of Workday/HRIS team management experience.

Beyond technical expertise, we are looking for a leader who can drive process improvements through Workday automation, gather business requirements, and propose enhancements. Additionally, the selected candidate will provide comprehensive training and support to super users and end-users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead Workday system administration, configuration, and optimization to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Develop and execute the Workday roadmap in collaboration with key stakeholders, aligning with evolving business needs.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization through Workday automation and implement solutions.
  • Drive improvements to streamline HR and business processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead a team of Workday support staff, delegating tasks and fostering ongoing skill development.
  • Provide leadership oversight for Workday releases and conduct regular maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on Workday configuration experience and at least 5 years of Workday/HRIS team management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, translating business requirements into effective system solutions.
  • Showcase excellent customer service orientation and proficiency in engaging stakeholders.
Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 per year
