Apparel Team Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Apparel Team Lead to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our merchandise is displayed and maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that the sales floor is well-organized and visually appealing, with merchandise displayed in a way that is easy for customers to find and purchase.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including receiving and processing shipments, and conducting regular stock counts.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a retail or sales environment preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
