Job Title: Part Time Trash Collector

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and physically fit individual to join our team as a part time trash collector. As a valet trash service representative, you will be responsible for collecting bagged trash and broken down boxes from residents and transporting them to the compactor located on the property.

Responsibilities:
- Collect bagged trash and broken down boxes from residents
- Transport trash to the compactor located on the property
- Work independently with minimal supervision

Requirements:
- Must have a truck
- Must have a smartphone with a data plan
- Must be able to handle physical demands including carrying up to 50 lbs at a time up and down stairs in all weather conditions without assistance
- Must have a can do attitude

Work Schedule:
Sunday-Thursday evening from 6PM until finish

Pay:
$900 per month flat rate - for the first 5 months
$500 bonus based on performance at 5 month mark
After 5 months of service monthly rate will move to $1,000 per month (flat rate)
