Executive Chef for Hot Buffet

At Golden Corral of Johnson City, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional quality and freshness of our Hot Choice Buffet products.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain the correct temperature of all products during cooking, holding and serving.
- Cook fried chicken, seafood, and other items in a deep fryer, ensuring high standards of quality and food safety.
- Ensure freshness and product rotation on the buffet, providing guests with an outstanding dining experience.
- Filter fry oil as needed to maintain the highest level of quality.
- Cook other items as needed using a flat grill, stove, oven, and pizza oven, adhering to recipe guidelines and food preparation procedures.
- Clean work area and assist the rest of the kitchen team as needed, promoting a safe and healthy working environment.
- Previous restaurant experience as a Cook or Executive Chef is preferred but not required.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining speed, cleanliness, organization, and product specifications.
We offer a competitive estimated salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include opportunities for career growth and development, flexible scheduling, and a comprehensive training program.
