Job Title: Hourly Shift Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Hourly Shift Leader to join our team at MT Food Group. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations during assigned shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of employees to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members to maintain high standards of quality and service.
  • Assist in the supervision of food preparation, sales, and service operations.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and minimize losses from waste and theft.
  • Complete daily and weekly paperwork, including inventory reports and sales data.
  • Assist in preventive maintenance and upkeep on store equipment and supplies.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to motivate and direct team members.
  • Basic math skills and ability to understand fractions.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
