The Field Marketing Manager (US Central) is responsible for devising and executing regionalized marketing strategies, collaborating with sales teams to analyze regional market dynamics and tailor activities for optimal impact.

They play a key role in establishing a strong regional presence, driving brand awareness, and facilitating lead generation and sales growth within their territory as part of a broader marketing plan.

The ideal candidate has a strategic mindset and a positive attitude as well as excellent collaboration skills and a proven track record in field marketing.

Responsibilities:
  • Define a region-specific marketing plan that supports the regional sales strategy and addresses regional pipeline needs
  • Strategize, build and execute integrated field campaigns that involve multiple marketing channels
  • Plan and host online and offline events to create net-new sales opportunities, accelerate existing sales opportunities and deepen our existing customer relationships
  • Collaborate closely with the channel marketing team to ensure direct and indirect initiatives are seamlessly integrated to maximize our market reach
  • Assist regional sales teams as needed, including increasing brand awareness locally/regionally, and driving leads and MQLs for your sales region
  • Support National event execution as it pertains to regional sales engagement
  • Work closely with the sales and BDR teams to identify target accounts and implement account-based marketing strategies to personalize outreach and engagement.
  • Manage the allocated budget for field marketing activities, ensuring optimal ROI and cost-effectiveness.
  • Utilize marketing analytics and reporting tools to measure the success of field marketing initiatives, providing regular updates to the global marketing and leadership teams.
  • Support other marketing projects as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven 3-5 years experience in field marketing, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and the buyer's journey.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Metric-driven with the ability to draw insight from complex marketing data.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a global, cross-functional team environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in managing budgets and reporting, including Microsoft Excel, G-suite and SFDC or equivalent sales reporting tool.
  • Confident and creative with a dynamic personality.
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment and has a positive, fail-fast and energetic attitude, with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to travel 20% when dictated by the needs of the business and safe to do so.
