Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our production team in Leesport, PA. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating CNC equipment, assembling machined parts, and inspecting products to ensure quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate CNC equipment, including setting up machines and parameters, inspecting parts, and maintaining safe operations.
  • Assemble machined parts into sub-assembly state and inspect products against standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
  • Document and communicate actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs to ensure continuity among work shifts.
  • Work closely with teammates in other departments to achieve production goals.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Be mechanically inclined and possess a strong attention to detail.
  • Possess conceptual, process improvement, functional, and technical skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1 year of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
  • Mechanical and/or electrical background.
  • Experience operating tooling and gauging equipment.
