Job Summary:

Metrodoc Urgent Care seeks a highly skilled and compassionate Lead Clinical Social Worker to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional social work services to clients, including individual, group, and family therapy.

About the Role:

The Master of Social Work (MSW) will be accountable for assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals. Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide evidence-based therapy sessions for clients addressing mental health concerns, substance abuse, family problems, and other issues.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Advocate for clients and their families, promoting social justice and equity in all interactions.
  • Deliver education and support programs to enhance client well-being and empowerment.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new social work interventions.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience providing social work services, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent clinical judgment, strong communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centered care and upholding the highest standards of professionalism.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
